About Region Home Services
Region Home Services is a family-owned HVAC company in Bensalem, PA, working since 1974 from our office at 3494 Progress Dr Ste E, Bensalem, PA 19020. We repair, maintain and replace gas, oil and electric furnaces, boilers and heat pumps, with 2,300+ heating and cooling repairs behind us. This site covers furnace repair for homes in Yardley and Lower Makefield, and Region Home Services runs it. Our main website is regionserviceco.com.
How We Work in Yardley and Lower Makefield
Every Yardley job starts with the drive from our office in Bensalem – about 14 miles, roughly 25 minutes. We cover Yardley Borough and all of Lower Makefield Township. Much of the township was built in the ’80s and ’90s, and about half the homes burn gas, so the typical call is a gas furnace from the ’90s or later. Close to a third of homes heat with electricity, which brings plenty of heat pumps. About one in six use oil, so now and then it’s an oil burner, or an older boiler in a borough house that may still have one. Common parts for all of these ride on the truck. When replacement comes up, we don’t push it. You get both options in writing and decide.
